Timeframes:

  • Design process may span up to 30 business days, subject to workload and customer communication.
  • Printing: Production takes up to 5 business days from the order date, plus transit from Melbourne.
  • Web development: Allow up to 2 weeks for website launch.

 

The process:

Stage 1 (START): Upon pack purchase, our team will review the order and send a design brief via email for you to complete.

Stage 2 (DESIGN BRIEF): You are required to complete the design brief using the provided link in the email.

Stage 3 (CONFIRMATION): After submission of the design brief, our team will send a confirmation email of acceptance. Additional information may be requested if necessary for clarity.

Stage 4 (INSPIRATION): Our creative team generates inspiration and ideas.

Stage 5 (ASSIGNED): Your project is scheduled with our designers for concept development, with notification sent via email.

Stage 6 (CONCEPTS): Initial logo concepts are emailed to you for feedback.

Stage 7 (REVISIONS): Our team collaborates with you via email and phone to refine the chosen design.

Stage 8 (APPROVAL): Upon approval of your logo design, our designers finalize the logo library and brand guidelines, supplying final files via email.

Stage 9 (STATIONERY CONCEPTS): Utilizing your new logo, our team develops design concepts for stationery items. Revisions and approvals are repeated in this stage.

  • Your domain, social media business pages, and Google Business listing will be set up.
  • Upon approval of your email signatures, your emails will be set up, and login information will be provided.

Stage 10 (WEBSITE DESIGN): Using provided content and photos, we design your website layout, ensuring consistency with your brand identity across all materials. After revisions and approval, your website moves to development.

Stage 11 (HAND OVER): Upon approval of all items, our designers send closing emails with electronic files and order any required printing.
