Timeframes:

  • The design process can extend up to 5 weeks (timeframes are subject to workload and customer communication).
  • Printing: Up to 5 business days production from the date of order, plus transit from Melbourne.

 

The process:

Stage 1 (START): Upon purchase of the pack, our team will review the order and send a design brief via email for your completion.

Stage 2 (DESIGN BRIEF): You are required to fill out the design brief using the provided link in the email.

Stage 3 (CONFIRMATION): After submission of the design brief, our team will send a confirmation email upon acceptance. Additional information may be requested at this stage if necessary.

Stage 4 (INSPIRATION): Our creative team will generate ideas and inspiration.

Stage 5 (ASSIGNED): Your project will be assigned to our designers for concept development, and you will receive email notification.

Stage 6 (CONCEPTS): Initial logo concepts will be sent to you for feedback via email.

Stage 7 (REVISIONS): We will collaborate with you via email and phone to make any refinements to the selected design.

Stage 8 (APPROVAL): Upon approval of your logo design, our designers will finalize the logo library and brand guidelines, and the final files will be supplied via email.

Stage 9 (STATIONERY CONCEPTS): Using your new logo, our team will develop design concepts for stationery items. This stage involves repeated revisions and approval processes.

In addition:

  • Your domain will be secured, and your social media business pages and Google Business listing will be set up.
  • Upon approval of your email signatures, your emails will be set up, and login information will be provided.

Stage 10 (HANDOVER): After all items are approved, our designers will send closing emails with the electronic files and arrange for printing if required.
